How to read this number
- This is a rough estimate, not a guarantee.
- We keep the math conservative. Many clinics see more upside over time.
- The calculator only looks at new patients from the website, not all of your marketing.
- If your site already gets strong traffic, even small lifts in bookings can add up fast.
- < 6 months: Very strong upside. You are likely underpriced or underbuilt.
- 6–12 months: Healthy. A rebuild can make sense if you want growth.
- 12+ months: Slow. It may still be worth it for brand and trust, but we should talk through your numbers.
Note: For Premier projects we use the minimum package price in the calculation. Actual Premier pricing varies based on scope.
