Blueprint & kickoff
We start by turning your intake form and current site into a simple Blueprint.
• Page list and booking flow
• Key messages and call-to-actions
• Rough plan for the first version of the site
• If you started with a Deep Scan, we use it as evidence and turn it into a build plan.
Then we walk through it together on a short call and lock in the plan. If you already did a paid Blueprint, we reuse that and just confirm it on the call.

Build & first review
We build the site using your Blueprint as the guide.
- Small team builds your site: designer, writer, developer.
- You get a private staging link to test on phone and desktop.
- Simple feedback form for your changes.
- This is revision round 1.
